Rules of Competition.

1. No lifting or Jab lifting of Ball allowed
2. No deliberate kicking of ball.
3. Goalkeeper to play as with normal rules. If a player, other than the goalie takes the puck-out, then it must be taken as a cut from the ground.

4. Teams of 12 players’ a-side, with unlimited substitution (1 Goalkeeper, 4 Backs, 3 Midfielders and 4 Forwards).

5. All frees, including penalties, to be taken as “cuts” off the ground.

6. All “65’s” to be taken as a 30m cut off the ground from a position directly in front of goal.

7. The wearing of helmets with faceguard is compulsory.

8. Games are 20 minutes each half, with 5 minutes per half extra time in the event of the sides finishing level.
